Two cooperation memoranda and a statement of intent

At the meeting on 27 January 2026, the parties signed two memoranda of cooperation and a memorandum expressing the intention to conclude a visa exemption agreement for holders of national passports.

Context: The memorandum of intent does not announce that visa exemption is already in force.
