We publish what can be attributed; plans and conversations are not presented as results.
How we handle facts
In every article, documented events are separated from recollection, plans from completed work, and a single fact from a broad conclusion. Links stand next to the relevant claim; substantial clarifications remain in the article history.
Languages
New articles are published in Russian. Kazakh and English versions of revised articles follow separate language review. The language switcher links only to available versions of the same article.
Sources and photographs
Every photograph and document has stated provenance, rights and a precise caption. When no documentary image is available, the article appears without a decorative placeholder.
