Privacy and reporting an error
This page describes what data the site collects and how to report an error.
What is collected
The server records page reads, link or text copies, card downloads, system share-sheet hand-offs and editorial posts as separate events. When a reader submits the form, the app stores a keyed cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address (HMAC-SHA-256) in its restricted audit log to limit message frequency. The raw IP address is not stored in the request record. This fingerprint remains pseudonymous data and does not by itself ensure anonymity.
What we count: copying a link, copying text, downloading, system hand-off and our own posting are separate events. A preview bot is not a reader.
What we do not collect
The site does not learn whom you sent a link to, does not connect OAuth, does not read your contact list and never publishes anything in your name.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The chosen language lives in the page address, not in a reader profile.
How to report an error
The error form is reachable from any page. The message goes only to an internal coordinator and is never published. Contact details are optional; without them we cannot reply, but we will still look at the message.
